He drove dozens of qualified potential buyers through our home and within 8 days we had 3 solid offers, one for full asking price and another for cash. Have you ever heard of a Realtor selling a house from start-to-receiving a sales contract within 2 days? I would not have believed it either unless it happened to me. Ray Mihara proved to be one of the best Realtors that I have ever met. I literally called him for the very first time one morning for his opinion regarding an older house (which needed renovation and repairs) that I wanted to sell. He was willing and able to meet me approximately 3 hours later that early afternoon. He walked through the house with me, explaining and detailing the various costs associated with renovations and repairs, and showed me recent sales transactions in my neighborhood. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions regarding various scenarios such as whether to invest time and resources into remodeling or repairs versus selling as-is. That same evening, I came to the decision to try to sell it as-is. I talked with Ray about this, and he said he would start working on this the very next day. Literally 36 hours later, I received a contract to buy my house for almost the full amount of my asking price. As you can imagine, we were absolutely thrilled and signed the sales contract that day. The final house closing date occurred 12 days later. Ray was absolutely awesome during the entire process. He was always available and responded to all my text messages quickly. I highly recommend him as a Realtor and will definitely be seeking his assistance and services for future real estate transactions in Tampa.
